Building what's next at the intersection of AI and human experience.
13+ years across Yahoo, DAZN, Proton, Payoneer and others, from early product bets to products used by hundreds of millions.

Leadership should make better work possible.
I’ve led teams through rapid growth, reorgs, changing strategies and products where the answer wasn’t obvious yet.
In those situations, I try to make the direction clear, give people enough context to make good decisions without waiting for permission, and keep the quality bar high without making everything depend on one person.
I stay close to the product. I prototype, review the details and challenge decisions when it helps us understand something faster. Building is still how I think. The point isn’t to own every answer. It’s to help the team get to a better one.
Set direction
Make the problem, priorities and trade-offs clear enough for people to move.
Create autonomy
Give people the context, trust and decision space to make good calls without waiting for permission.
Raise the bar
Use critique, hiring, systems and standards to improve the quality of what ships as the team grows.
Stay in the work
Prototype, review and shape product decisions while the problem is still open enough to change.
A private workspace for small teams, bringing core communication and work tools into one product.
I’m building it from the ground up, across proposition, product, brand, go-to-market and early customer development.

I’ve spent 13+ years building digital products and the teams behind them.
I started at Yahoo in Silicon Valley, designing across sports, finance, media and advertising at huge scale.
DAZN was a different kind of problem. The company expanded from 7 to more than 200 markets while the product, commercial model and organisation were all changing around it. I led product experience across that growth.
At Proton, I moved back towards earlier-stage product work, first across Drive and Docs and then leading product design for Lumo. At Payoneer, I led product experience across onboarding, payments and account access in regulated fintech.
Those experiences have made me most useful when the boundaries between design, product and business are messy: a new proposition, a product that has become too complicated, a growing team that needs clearer direction, or a business model that is still being worked out.
I’m Italian, based in London, and have spent most of my adult life working abroad.
